IT Systems and networks are placed under a lot of pressure during working hours by their users and the hardest pressed equipment are desktop PC's, printers and servers. Users depend on this essential equipment to function reliably so they can do their jobs as normal. Any disruption to a single user can have a knock on effect, which can cause more serious problems if left unattended. Shoring up all of these peripheral devices is the network infrastructure which is also prone to damage.

ICM offers various levels of hardware support depending on customer requirements and type of hardware, from office hours to a 24x7 basis. We have over 400 engineers and technical staff located throughout the UK who can work in partnership with your Service Desk and your IT department to ensure all equipment is managed effectively. Once a call has been logged we will endeavour to return the piece of equipment back to service, within the agreed time frame.

If a customer requires, ICM can have a dedicated engineering resource based on site to ensure there is a minimal delay between a call being logged and a resolution. These engineers are an extension of the customer's own IT team and work in partnership with the customer.
