ICM has a network of 20 support centres nationwide whereby 98% of mainland UK business are within 2 hours drive time. This means we can deliver support in a timely fashion to all customers with our highly qualified technical staff, who hold up to date certifications.
We also have strong partnerships with several manufacturers lending to effective support across multiple platforms. Our ability to support the foremost technology at the highest service levels is maintained through ongoing training and quality control.
Our regional offices across the country provide engineers with local knowledge and familiarity with ICM customers in the area and their requirements.
The logistics department works to maintain a healthy stock of components and standby equipment, across multiple platforms and manufacturers, so that in the event of a problem, a repair or replacement unit can be quickly installed. Regardless of the customer's location, there is a single point of contact for all enquiries and ICM will then allocate local personnel to tackle the issue.
Customers can log service calls 24 hours a day either by telephone or via a secure website. All calls will be handled in the same manner regardless of which method is used and a response given within the required time frame.
