Dedicated for continuity only, the centres feature multiple, secure, air-conditioned user suites with each providing desks, chairs and storage for each user along with pre-installed network, PC, plus high speed Internet and email services and a telephone including ACD call centre functionality.

The majority of ICM centres have been launched within the last 4 years and therefore meet the highest building and health and safety standards including full air-conditioning/fresh air systems, excellent physical security, disabled access and sufficient toilet and rest facilities to support users.
