ICM works in partnership with communication providers to ensure that data circuits can be redirected so that business operations can continue with minimum disruption.
Data needs to be managed and securely stored in real-time, without any disruption to business operations. ICM's Data Management, On-line Data Vaulting and Storage Area Network (SAN) solutions, allows for the automatic back-up and archive of data via a secure communications link when a company experiences a business interruption.
The service is fully managed and is provided from local storage centres offering rapid dispatch to the client site, or an ICM Business Continuity Centre in the event that a partial or full restore is required.
Replacement IT and infrastructure can offer a viable recovery solution if the back-up data is available to recreate the business system. Real time mirroring of on-line transactions and mission-critical business systems is possible, giving users constant access to data at all times, no matter what problems may occur in terms of network performance or hardware failure.
