PROJECT 1
Fire Risk Assessment – Carlton Towers
We worked with our partners at Preventec to provide a fire risk assessment and fire safety management support for this Grade I listed Victorian gothic country house. The building is part residential dwelling, part wedding venue, part hotel.
PROJECT 2
Fire Engineering Design – Arco, NDC2
The National Distribution Centre – or the NDC2 as it is known locally, is located in Hull, East Yorkshire and has a footprint at 16,000m2.
We have prepared an engineered fire strategy for this large warehouse which demonstrated compliance with legislation, insurers requirements and acknowledged the latest guidance contained within the BS7974.
PROJECT 3
Fire & Evacuation Modelling – Allam Medical Building, University of Hull
We used computational fluid dynamic software during the design phase of this project. The aim was to provide a suitable design solution for the atrium of this teaching hospital; which passes up through the centre of the building.

Substation Fire Risk Assessment – Northern Powergrid
Fire risk assessment of primary substation sites across the north and north east of England.
